On this day, I’m going to leave the cars in the garage.

When a personal friend lost her battle with childhood cancer, it renewed my commitment to fight this terrible disease. Each year in the United Sates an estimated 43 children are diagnosed with cancer every day!

Cancer remains the most common cause of death by disease for children in America. Despite this, research funding specifically for childhood cancer is less than four percent of all national cancer funding.
