An exquisitely crafted, highly authentic recreation of the iconic 300SL Gullwing Coupe built by Anton “Tony” Ostermeier. The Ostermeier 300SL utilizes a specially-designed square-tube chassis clothed with inch-perfect composite bodywork, and features bullet-proof Mercedes-Benz W124-sourced drivetrain and chassis components. This superb 3,600-mile example was completed in early 2000 and has had just one owner from new. Accompanying documents show it was built entirely to order, finished in black over a red leather interior, and equipped with the desirable M104 twin-cam engine, 5-speed manual gearbox, air conditioning, and bespoke Rudge-style wheels.
