1959 Jaguar XK150

Jaguar's sports models grew up as the company fine-tuned its products for the American market, culminating in the XK 150. Produced for only three years, from May of 1957 until October 1960, it reflected many changes to suit Americans' tastes, styles and driving situations. Among other things that meant that the sparsely equipped roadster (called an "Open Two-Seater" by the Brits) was given less emphasis, becoming the rarest of all XK 150s with only 1,339 built even though it now offered the important amenity of roll-up windows. This numbers-matching example comes from a caring collector who owned it for nearly two decades and kept it in exceptionally good running condition. Its chrome wire wheels mount wide whitewall tires. The exquisite Red paint, Tan leather upholstery, matching Tan carpets and Tan cloth top are perfect for the XK 150 Roadster's sweeping body design. It is freshly serviced and runs and drives beautifully. A sharp, clean, well-maintained Jaguar, it is ready to bring another decade's enjoyment to its next owner.
