This 1956 Austin-Healey 100/6 is the highly desirable BN6 2-seat roadster. It has been in the same family's ownership since it was new. A few years ago they commissioned a complete body off the frame restoration with the intent of driving and touring it extensively. As sometimes happens, plans and interests changed and it has seen little -- essentially no -- use at all since the restoration was completed. Very attractively finished in Black with Tan leather interior, Black vinyl top, side curtains and tonneau cover, it has chrome wire wheels ... and that's it. The workmanship is thorough and accurate, right down into the depths of the engine compartment. Everything has been done, but nothing has been overdone and this is a car that can be driven, enjoyed, loved and taken to a show where it will compete with pride then be driven home rather than relegated to a trailer. It was never a rusty toad abandoned in a field or behind a barn somewhere, knowledge that lends credibility to its presentation. This is a quality Austin-Healey BN6 2-seat roadster, ready to be driven proudly.
